The patented four-fold combination of active components for the improvement of nerve function and support in the therapy of neuropathic pain.

CombiNERV represents a new four-fold combination of active components which contains two antioxidants:

  • alpha lipoic acid (ALA) and
  • superoxide dismutase (SOD) combined with Acetyl L carnitine and vitamin B12

Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is the first-line defence against damages caused by oxygen-originated free radicals.

Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is a potent antioxidant which neutralizes the multiple functions of various free radicals with the proven effects such as neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, vasodilatory and hypoglycemic.

Acetyl L carnitine (ALC) improves the ability of the self-reparation of nerve cells damaged by oxidative stress, reduces physical and mental fatigue, i.e. improves cognitive functions.

Vitamin B12 is essential for the normal function of nerve cells and brain.

The simultaneous presence of ALA and SOD enables a double effect in antioxidant mechanism on the organism.

SOD prevents the formation of free radicals, while ALA neutralises the free radicals formed in the state of oxidative stress.

Besides for its ingredients, CombiNERV is also unique for the advanced methods in the production technology.

During the process of the tablets production, the critical point for substances that are sensitive to heat is the compression of the components.

Compreezer® technology helps in the preservation of the unchanged functional characteristics of the components sensitive to heat thanks to the innovative system which guarantees the average reduction of 15°C of temperature during the compression for the elements that are in contact with the substances.

Compreezer® technology improves the quality of the products by preserving the substances sensitive to heat within the product itself.

Usage:

The recommended daily usage is one tablet with a glass of water.

Warnings:

  • do not exceed the recommended daily dosage; the supplement is not the replacement for regular, balanced diet
  • do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of its components
  • do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • not to be used by children under the age of 12
  • consult your doctor if you are under the hypoglycemic therapy

Oxidative stress

Free radicals (oxidants) are molecules which have one or more unpaired electrons and thus they are highly prone to taking or giving electrons to other molecules.

Thus they can cause the change in the structure of molecules and their deterioration.

There are many types of free radicals, but the ones that are the most significant in the biological system are those originated by oxygen, known as a group – reactive types of oxygen (ROS).

The imbalance between the antioxidants and oxidants with oxidants prevailing is defined as oxidative stress.

Oxidative stress is considered responsible for large lesions in the ageing process, as well as for some serious pathological states such as:

  • diabetes mellitus
  • atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases
  • malignant neoplasm
  • chronic polyarthritis
  • neurodegenerative diseases

Antioxidants are molecules that can donate electrons to free radicals without becoming unstable themselves. The result is that free radicals become more stable and thus less reactive.
